In 2007, the United States Department of State brought seven women from Government and the Private sector of Bosnia to Washington, DC. These women were Certified in a two-day ARISE Life Skills Training. They were able to take the this training, plus the ARISE Life Skills Curriculum, back to Bosnia to use in their own facilities.
